The 21:1 formula

Each MOTIVATOR MAP FOR EDUCATORS takes 21 hours of development to produce 1 hour of instructional material. The pilot of materials is accomplished with diverse learners during summer camps at both the Smithsonian Institution and in schools with diverse learning populations.

• Gather information from Experts in their field and teachers.
• Materials development and draft writing of actions and stand maps.
• Action's exact design and suggested materials.
• Pilot and evaluation of action with students.
• Activity rewrite for second trial and publication.
